Privacy Policy
This page describes how Deeplight Technologies ("Deeplight", "we") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to deeplight.ae. It is written in plain language. If anything here is unclear, write to accelerate@deeplight.ae.
Who we are
Deeplight Technologies is registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Office: Unit 13, Level 6, Gate District Precinct Building 04, DIFC, Dubai.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you complete the form on our Contact page, we collect the name, job title, organisation, work email, discussion topic, and any challenge description you provide, along with your preferred contact method.
- Email enquiries. If you email accelerate@deeplight.ae, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device). Analytics scripts run in a web worker via Partytown to minimise tracking impact on performance.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether Deeplight is the right fit for your problem.
- To send follow-up correspondence relating to that enquiry.
- To measure the performance of our LinkedIn campaigns and improve the site.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the site or the contact form.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to train AI models.
Lawful basis
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries) and consent (analytics and marketing cookies, where required by your jurisdiction). Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers required to run the site and respond to enquiries:
- Hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.)
- Analytics (Google LLC; LinkedIn Corporation)
- CRM and email delivery (HubSpot, Inc.; standard email infrastructure)
Each is bound by their own data processing terms. We do not transfer your data to any party outside this list without telling you first.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies only for analytics (GA4) and LinkedIn campaign attribution. We do not use advertising cookies for third-party retargeting beyond the LinkedIn Insight Tag. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or by using a privacy-focused browser extension.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for the duration of the commercial conversation and for 24 months thereafter, then deleted. Analytics data follows the default retention period for Google Analytics 4 and LinkedIn (currently 14 months).
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. Write to accelerate@deeplight.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Deeplight operates in the UAE. Some of our service providers (Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Netlify) process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. We rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses and data processing terms for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the last revision. Material changes will be flagged here.
